The following terms and condition apply to all orders placed with DIGIPRINT We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Delivery times given as part of the quotation are estimations only. Although Digiprint attempts to deliver within the agreed schedule, it will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Digiprint will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that they are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond their control.
Deliveries take place to an address previously specified by the customer upon making the order. Once the order has been placed this cannot be changed. All goods are sent by a trackable mail or Courier service enabling either the customer or supplier to claim in the event of a delivery failure.Digiprint reserves the right to reprint for delivery failure on an individual basis.
Due to the nature of the products that are sold, refunds for products that are already printed or in the printing process are not possible. However, if the customer decides to cancel before payment takes place, they are entitled to do so as printing would not take place before payment.
Digiprint will not accept any defect to an order if the artwork does not meet their exact artwork specifications regarding colour mode, format, colour saturation and bleed. It is the customers responsibility to check these details before placing an order.
It is up to the customer to check any artwork and content before the printing is ordered. Digiprint does not accept any liability for errors within the artwork, and it is on The customers authority that an order goes to print. Digiprint will advise customers of the most suitable types of files with which to present print ready artwork and this information will be found on the first page of the website.
Digiprint requires FULL PAYMENT of any orders before proceeding to print. This is normally done by a Representative of Digiprint asking for card details via The telephone after artwork has been verified as correct by Digiprint and an agreed delivery time has been agreed by both parties.
